Client Terms and Payment Policy


What Discovery Includes

Discovery allows us to access your IRS account and understand your current tax situation. This includes:

  • Obtaining IRS account transcripts using Form 8821
  • Reviewing filing compliance and balances
  • Identifying what issues exist and what steps may be required next

Discovery is information-gathering only. It does not include tax preparation, negotiations with the IRS, or resolution services.

Discovery Fee Options

You may choose one of the following:

  • $700 paid in full before work begins
  • $800 on a payment plan, if approved

Payment plan availability is at our discretion.

Important Before You Continue

Payment must be paid in full before any results are shared.

No findings, explanations, recommendations, strategy, or next-step guidance will be provided until the Discovery fee is paid in full. This applies even if a payment plan is used.

No refunds. Once work begins, Discovery fees are non-refundable.

This includes situations where:

You decide not to move forward

  • You do not like the findings
  • You choose another provider
  • The IRS outcome is not what you hoped for

Discovery is a professional service, and fees are earned when work starts.

Pay in Full

Pay in full to start Discovery immediately. Results are released after Discovery is completed and payment is confirmed.

Payment Plan

$800 total****Additional fees may be incurred through financing company

What happens next

  1. Payment is confirmed
  2. You sign the Discovery Engagement Agreement
  3. You complete and sign IRS Form 8821
  4. We access and review your IRS account transcripts
  5. After Discovery is complete and paid in full, we release results and the required next step

If additional services are needed, they require a separate agreement and fee.

What Discovery Does Not Include

  • Tax return preparation
  • IRS negotiations or representation
  • Submitting payment plans, CNC requests, or Offers in Compromise
